Any parbet account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant regulatory authorities.
2.2 Jurisdiction. 2.3 One Account Rule. Each natural person is permitted to hold one parbet account only. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where parbet identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, outstanding bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided at parbet's discretion.
2.4 Accurate Information. 2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your parbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify parbet's support team immediately if you suspect that your parbet account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.1 parbet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your parbet account or any credits, winnings, or balances held within it to any third party.
3.2 parbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any parbet account at its reasonable discretion, including where parbet has grounds to suspect: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest conduct; (c) use of a parbet account to launder funds; (d) provision of false or misleading registration information; or (e) any other conduct that parbet reasonably considers detrimental to the integrity of the parbet platform.
3.3 Users may request permanent closure of their parbet account by contacting parbet's support team. Account closure requests are subject to any outstanding pending bets, withdrawal requests, or identity verification requirements being resolved prior to closure.
4.1 Accepted Methods. parbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. 4.2 Currency. All parbet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). parbet does not charge currency conversion fees, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. parbet accepts no liability for any charges levied by third-party payment processors.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your parbet account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. parbet is required to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and may request evidence of the source of funds at any time.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the parbet platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game, as published within the parbet platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. parbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where: (a) a bet has been placed in error; (b) the relevant event has already commenced or concluded at the time of placement; (c) parbet has reason to suspect that the bet is part of a coordinated strategy to defraud parbet; or (d) a system or pricing error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being offered.
5.3 In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the relevant market on the parbet platform. parbet endeavours to suspend betting promptly when events occur that may affect the outcome of a market, but accepts no liability where a delay in suspension results in bets being accepted after a material event.
5.4 Casino & Game Integrity. All casino games available on the parbet platform are certified by independent testing agencies for randomness and fairness. parbet does not manipulate game outcomes. All parbet casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world physical events.
5.5 Palpable Errors. Where parbet offers odds or game payouts that contain a manifest or palpable error — including odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices — parbet reserves the right to void any bet or payout made at such erroneous prices, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

You must not, and you agree that you will not, engage in any of the following conduct in connection with your use of the parbet platform:
8.1 All intellectual property rights in the parbet platform, including but not limited to the parbet brand, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, and promotional materials, are owned by or licensed to parbet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any parbet intellectual property without parbet's prior written consent.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the parbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
9.1 The parbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, parbet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 parbet does not guarantee that the parbet platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. parbet accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from system downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to the parbet platform beyond parbet's reasonable control.
9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, parbet's aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to their parbet account in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
9.4 parbet accepts no liability for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, arising from your use of or inability to use the parbet platform.
9.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited into your parbet account. parbet does not guarantee any return on bets or wagers placed on the parbet platform. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made within your parbet account.

12.2 If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must close your parbet account before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the parbet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which parbet holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and parbet arising from your use of the parbet platform, you should contact parbet's support team in the first instance. parbet will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, parbet's licensing authority may operate an independent dispute resolution mechanism available to parbet users.
13.3 Disputes relating to individual bets must be raised with parbet's support team within 30 days of the relevant bet being settled. parbet will not consider disputes raised after this period has elapsed.
